At Natara, we want you to experience wellness with confidence. That's why we offer a straightforward guarantee.

1. 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Natara wellness device. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee.

You may return or exchange your product within 15 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
  • The product must be in clean, like-new condition.

2. 1-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our engineering. All Natara devices come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What is covered: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is not covered: Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water damage (unless waterproof rated), or unauthorized repairs.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Email our support team at support@natarao.com.
  • Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  • For warranty claims, please attach a photo or video of the issue.

Our team responds within 24–48 hours with instructions on how to ship your product back to us.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed immediately.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days (depending on your bank).

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
