Affiliate Anti-Abuse Policy
Natara Affiliate Electronic Agreement
This Affiliate Electronic Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Natara (“Company”) and the undersigned affiliate partner (“Affiliate”). By registering for or participating in the Natara Affiliate Program, Affiliate agrees to be legally bound by the terms below.
1. Program Purpose & Nature
The Natara Affiliate Program is designed to reward genuine referrals and authentic promotion of Natara wellness products and services. This Program does not constitute an employment relationship, investment opportunity, franchise, or multi-level marketing (MLM) scheme.
2. Eligibility & Account Policy
Each individual or legal entity is permitted to maintain only one Affiliate account. Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses, identities, or payment methods is strictly prohibited.
3. Referral Relationship & Attribution
Affiliate referral relationships are determined at the time of first successful registration or qualifying purchase and are permanently locked. Re-registration, reassignment, or restructuring of referral relationships is not permitted.
Attribution follows a last-click model within the active cookie period (default: 30 days), unless otherwise specified by Natara.
4. Commission Structure & Payouts
Affiliate commissions may include first-tier and second-tier rewards as defined by the Program. Second-tier commissions are intended solely to reward genuine referrals and are subject to compliance review.
Commission Payout Terms:
• Minimum payout threshold: USD $50
• Payout cycle: Monthly (Net-30)
• Payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, or other methods approved by Natara
• Refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders are not eligible for commission
5. Cookie & Tracking Policy
Affiliate tracking relies on cookies and standard attribution technology. If a customer interacts with multiple Affiliate links, the last valid click prior to purchase will determine attribution. Cookie duration and rules may be updated by Natara from time to time.
6. Anti-Abuse & Anti-Fraud Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Creating multiple Affiliate accounts or fake identities
• Self-referrals or purchasing through one’s own Affiliate link
• Artificial creation or manipulation of referral hierarchies
• Attempting to bypass, replace, or reassign original referrers
• Any activity intended to manipulate tracking, attribution, or commissions
Natara reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse and to suspend, adjust, withhold, revoke commissions, or terminate Affiliate status at its sole discretion.
7. Brand Representation & Compliance
Affiliate agrees to represent Natara accurately and may not make medical, therapeutic, or misleading claims. All promotional activities must comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, and Natara brand guidelines.
8. Modification of Program
Natara reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program, including commission rates and eligibility criteria, at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Natara makes no guarantee regarding Affiliate earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
10. Confidentiality
Affiliate agrees to keep confidential all non-public information related to the Affiliate Program, including commission structures, internal data, and reports.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California.
12. Termination
Natara may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice if Affiliate violates any term herein. Upon termination, unpaid commissions related to abuse or non-compliance may be forfeited.
13. Electronic Acceptance
By clicking “I Agree,” submitting an application, or participating in the Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges that this Agreement constitutes a legally binding electronic contract.
